Waterfall Badged Colson Firestone??

This was posted up elsewhere today & seems it's something I've never come across before. By the looks of the BB stamps, it's Dec 1938 Colson, badged as a Firestone due to the FS, correct? Also has the Firestone front fender initial plate. The thing that's really throwing me off is that is seems to have had a WF badge due to no headtube badge holes. Anyone else seen this before? New one for me!

I should check my bike serial number, i also notice with this bike mike, it has screws in the tank just like my water fall badged Colson!!

Yes. That's a one year only 38 Screw tank. 39 went to the snap tank than clips in between the frame tubes instead of screwing into one another.

I had asked if the holes were just rusted shut but was assured they weren't. Well....a lil scrubbing revealed what I was thinking. Sorry guys, nothing to see here.
