Welded Wire Newsboy Spoke protector

Not sure who made them or really what vintage...I'd guess anywhere from 1930s on? Possibly earlier... Basically looks like a Wald basket but is a 26" wheeled Spoke guard. Fits over fender. Works front or rear. Works on wide ballooner or middleweight. Cool accessory. Will clean up better...$95 shipped, lower 48. OBO.

These were made to keep newspaper bags from entering spokes. Work as skirt guards as well. Cool item!!
