Very good to excellent condition for its age.
No cracks in the tread. Tread is in very good condition.
Very minor checking on sides. Does not look like it goes all the way around.
Some reddish orange pieces of an old (probably original) tube stuck to it, those should come off. There's a different tube in it now, not sure if it holds air or not.
Rubber is still pretty soft, and although it looks like it was flat for a while, I think it would look fine once it's mounted and inflated.
