Can we get a better pic of the serial? Kinda looks like it starts with a "K". Edit- I'm gonna leave it up to the experts.

The serial number starts with an F

It looks like a 1946 with that style frame.
Seat post clamp, no drop stand tabs.

Thanks for the help. Do you know who made this bike if it was produced in 1946. Was it Cleveland welding?
