    Looks like a 1946-47 model. Very good shape. Lightweight tire model. Somewhere in the $200-$400 range.

    If you look under the crank housing the serial number will start with a letter. If you post the serial numerous we can figure out the year.

    1946. I think $400 is a reasonable ballpark estimate for one in this fine condition. The Balloon tire versions go for more. One plus is the bars with the intact wing nut. That is often missing on these 46's for some reason.
