Looks like what I would call a “diamond frame” model, maybe a moderately-tall 22” frame. It’s best to measure the inside diameters of the head tube and bottom bracket with a digital caliper. I find it helpful to write down the measurements in metric millimeters. Modern parts may or may not fit.

Common 1" headsets today are either 30mm (Japanese road bike), or ~32.5mm (American); but Westfield may have used an odd undersize ~31mm (about 1+1/4").
Almost all American bottom brackets are 2" standard; but Westfield may have used an odd undersize ~1.94" (1+15/16").

I believe that sometime in the early to middle 1930's Westfield may have changed to adopt standardization.
