Westminster bike info

Located a Westminster #2910? Wooden rim tire bike. This is my only photo for now. Are these styles of bikes worth restoring? Sorry for the newbie question.

Simmons Hardware sold several brands of bicycles with the Westminster head badge, including Schwinn bicycles.

Thanks! I’ll have to look and see what this one is. Less than 200$ seems fair

Worth saving - likely yes; worth restoring - well maybe, if profit is not the sole worth factor.
Some prefer to do a lighter cleaning and preserving what still remains of bikes; and some bikes are just too-far gone.
If one enjoys the refurbishment process, and themselves or others enjoy the fruits of such labor, then perhaps yes.

It’s a cool bike. Was pretty rough at 250$ for me. I passed at the moment. Looked to have a lot of original parts though!
