Can’t make out the name plate, looks like OL. Nothing on rear hub yet ND on brake. Number on rear and bottom of crank housing. (different #s)
Anyone got an idea?

Thanks for that. It needs a lot of work. If it were in front of your garage, would you fix it , try to sell parts, or scrap it.

Certainly wouldn't scap it, but I don't think I'd miss it if it was gone from my garage, Personally I'd try to sell it complete for $75 tops and take less if offered. Probably could squeeze out about $150 in parts, if you wanted to go that route, but it might take a while and you'd be stuck with scrapping the frame.
