    I found this album in nice condition last weekend at a estate sale, and am just giving it a listen tonight. Not a bad album.

    Sounds a little older than it really is. Some nice vintage jazz / blues type of tunes.

    Saw them live here in Winnipeg back in the late 80's... ( thought it was earlier?)... "Blow your Coo"l.. tour.. I don't remember those years well...ha!! I know I bought a t shirt. The song "Here I stand in the middle of the Land" had a certain significance, as Winnipeg, Manitoba ( also early day home of Neil Young and also The Guess Who) is in fact geographically close to the middle of Canada. ( East/West vertically) About 50 miles north of the U.S. border.

    Cool. They do have a unique sound. Good lyrics.

    I go WAY back to bands like Wishbone Ash, Robin Trower, Steppenwolf, Rory Gallagher, Audience, Uriah Heep, Stooges, Ramones, Iggy, Hendrix, Cocker, Cash, Cheap Trick ( noticed one of your faves, saw them) Amon Duul, Jeff Beck, Zepplin, Blue Cheers, Stones, Springsteen, Lynard Skynard, ZZ, Robert Palmer, Eagles, James Gang, The Who, Van Morrison, The Zombies, Tommy Bolin, Moody Blues, REM, Velvet Underground, The Doors,The Animals, Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Neil Young, Clapton, Santana..More current...last decade..ha!.. Chili Peppers, Goo Goo Dolls, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Train, Silver Chair, Oasis... lighter stuff like.. Yes, Beach Boys, Sugar Ray, America, Boston, Cold Play, Genesis, 10cc, any surf tunes. Surfaris, Dick Dale, Tornado's, The Trashmen, The Jesters.. Blues artists. BB.. Robert Cray, Johnny Lang...even some Jazz if I'm in the mood...ha!!
