Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Been way too long. Still not able to ride the trails. Did get the okay to ride on the trainer. So I setup my Panther 3 on it. No more than 10 minutes twice a day. It's a start though. Hopefully I will be out on the trails soon. Stay safe and have fun. Hammerhead

Riding my 41 Super Deluxe Autocycle
I took this B6 out for a Saturday ride today. Once the snow melts and the temperature exceeds 40 degrees i make a point of doing a decent Saturday morning ride ( 15 miles or so). Today was the first time that happened here so far in 2023. I hope this is the beginning of many more!

Wore out three sets of tires already!
First shakedown cruise for the '72 Suburban, which just came to me in a trade last weekend with a huge assist from Ed in Philly! The original owner kept it in a hanger at a small airport outside of Philadelphia, with his single-engine plane. Interesting coincidence how the '72 catalog page features the Suburban with a small plane as a backdrop. Looking forward to detailing this bike. It's a true time capsule.

2BE20918-FD8D-4A4D-B463-11DDC6692BE2.jpegI was feeling really strong today, so thought it might turn into a high mileage day. Had fun chasing down a couple different guys on modern mtn bikes. After one guy waved me around he proceeded to draft me for 2 1/2 mi, I finally yelled back “ are you content to draft a guy on an almost 100 year old single speed who’s already ridden 50 miles?” We then proceeded to ride awhile, and he was asking me all kinds of questions about my bike.
