What bike do I have?

Hello,
The guy I bought this bike from told me what it was and what year it is but I can't remember. The serial number is H12008.
Can anyone tell me what I have? I do love it and I will do the same for my wifes bike.

Frame looks CWC late 40's- early 50's. Western Flyer badged. Super

Started life as a CWC built WF super ( frame & fenders could be og paint ) kinda rat rodded ( Rat Fink! ) with a few different parts, luxery liner guard, modern sprocket & rims etc., serial # on the bottom will tell the year.
