Harder to tell on these lil ones, but I'd think either Westfield or Huffman. What does the badge say?

Postwar Huffman-Built.

It features the third version of fork crown used by
that company in 1937 .. the airfoil crown ... looking
like the crossection of an airplane wing ... but in this
particular case, the crown is reversed, front to back.

That reversal trick is fairly common. There may also
be a little nub on the front leading edge for a fender
retaining rivet or screw ... Colson did the same thing.
