What details really attract you to a bike or part?

Post up pics of lil details that grab your attention when it comes to bikes, badges, accessories, and parts. I've noticed that I have a thing for paint-matched headlights. Chrome & aluminum lights are pretty cool too, but when I see a bike with a blue or maroon fenderlight, I really dig it.

Not like its a secret but the thing that attracts me to a bike is the visible age and history in the finish or weathering. I fall in love with bikes that have tons of wear, unusual fade in the paint, spider cracks in the paint, layers of bad repaints etc. You can get two bikes that are identical and the fade and patina will be totally different on both bikes. Its like a finger print.
Details I like factory-wise are tanks, racks, deep fenders are a huge plus, long spring saddles and skiptooth drivetrains.
My CWC posted below is a pretty good example of what I would fall head over heals for.

Rare or almost perfect original paint...

For me, I’d have to say, it would be the scripted parts.
It just showed an extra level of pride, they had, for the products they were selling.
Here’s a few examples.

The script left no doubt who the maker was.

#1 - Can I ride it? Not very interested in stuff I can't ride.

I mostly prefer art deco inspired design and/or a Schwinn badge. Color matched rims and lights, branded parts, cool fonts, and condition (I like shine) are the other features that attract me.

I really love when prewar bikes have painted wheelsets that are the same colors as the bike. Makes everything really pop/ tie together imo

I love stuff that's uncommon, especially accessories. If I've never seen one, it gets me going. The good news is, there's still a lot of stuff I've never seen. Also, original packaging. It's just amazing that some of this stuff lasted as long as it did with packaging intact.
