What did I bring home?

Brought a few bikes home today, this one prewar I believe has no head badge, Morrow brake arm, fat rear hub, no evidence of a head light on front fender, braces are flat, california or Barry Cohen bars, killer rims and the tires aired up. Have a look at the frame and the top bar it splits off behind the head tube? It has a cool line to it, what did I buy?

Looks like a Sears bike, with “California” handle bars (shorter juvenile grips?)?

Not sure what sort of bike that those bars go best with, but I kind of like the style.
