The crank and chain ring are likely the Dikeman double-D patent; don't see a drive pin.

Diamond frame, but similar chain-ring as the Archbar, (w/ 2-piece crank and Morrow brake).
Red triangle looks like the Pope/Westfield design.

It has a decal on the seat tube that might be helpful (unless it's a dealer decal). Some letters are visible, and a red triangle.
