What do I have? 1930S schneider built Rollfast?

I picked this up at a estate sale, any info would be much apricated, it looks very original to me other then grips and center kickstand. Im told handle bars may be a rare option on this bike? down tube decal looks like it says "SPEED ACE" ? I cant make out what rear fender decal reads. any and all info would really help along with date and some sort of value. Thanks.

Was the phrase “speed and ease” exclusively used by Shelby bicycles. It’s on this Standard badged bicycle I’ve had for many years. I always thought this was made by rollfast?
