I have this frame kicking around. Can’t identify it. Here are some detailed shots. It has a sloping style badge similar to that of a New England but it’s clearly not New England. See the rear bridge and fork crown for details!
Please help if you can

Looks like a Shelby chain ring, but that doesn't mean it's original to the bike either.

I believe that “Victor” may have had the parallelogram badge and 4 holes.
