Looks like a mix of restored and original. Paint and decals look new. Other things like the seat and truss rods look original.
This one looks much nicer than most of the "restored" bikes we see.

It appears as an older repaint, a few weird things here and there. It probably shouldn’t have a drop stand and check out the conduit placement on the fender. Pretty cool bike overall, but could use a little tweaking here and there.
