What does this Delta horn go to???

I've never seen this style. is it bicycle? Or is it something else?

The one with the rectangular bracket can be used in the battery pod of an Elgin Twinbar. Photos show the carrier and a complete bike. I believe the longer fender mount torpedo horn light might use the other style but am not certain of that.

I've seen really high asking prices for these but I doubt they ever sell. I personally would put them in the $10 - $20 range. I had about 10 NOS ones and I don't think I ever sold one for more than $10 at a swap meet.

I bought a lot of five of these for $35. I think they may have been generic replacements as well and not necessarily application specific.
