What does this tank fit?

I’ve had this tank for years. I was told it would fit an Elgin I had, but it didn’t.
So, now I’d like to know what it fits. Here are a few pictures of it. And I can take more if need be

It's a late 1930s/early 1940s Westfield made horn tank. It would fit a Westfield built bicycle. It does look like it would fit some similar vintage Westfield built Elgins. Perhaps your Elgin is of an earlier vintage or built by Murray.

Sadly, I no longer have that particular Elgin. So this tank will most likely go up for sale or trade. I’ve got a couple bikes I’ll be looking for correct tanks for in the near future

I’m ready to put this tank up for sale now. If it was a Schwinn tank I would know it’s value, but I’m not familiar with this one. What would be a fair price to ask for it? Any help would be appreciated.
