I have a Stelber and instantly thought it was that., I remember reading about a connection between Iverson and Stelber posted by a family member of who ever started Stelber. I thought it was on the cabe, but I just looked and could not find it. It may have been somewhere else. (If I remember correctly Stelber used Iverson to make some of there frame sets that were imported).

Look at these two topics.

It's here, somewhere. If I remember right, it was by the son of Jerry Steller, the first half of Stelber, the other partner being surnamed Berkowicz, or similar. They mostly imported bikes, or sourced from NY neighbors CBC/Ross. But they did launch the Iverson line too.
