Looks like a ~1938 Westfield-built Elgin, @MrColumbia has provided a serial # guide:

From that info you can search the Sell-Trade forum and ebay to determine a value range.
Not being flippant, just not up on pricing.
I'm sure others will come along and give you some more useful info.
