The bike was mine. Sidewalk bike. 16" solid rubber tires. Had a bar under the tank so it was not a convertible.
It was made by Midwest Industries. NOT Ross. Tires were marked MIDWEST.

Interesting little machine. Well made but to a cost. It looks to be a convertible without a top bar visible. The same stamping is for front and rear wheel forks. Midwest made a lot of tricycles. The skirt on the front wheel is on some of the trikes. Rack looks to have holes for straps. Worth fixing up!
