I bought a Schwinn Jaguar Mark IV and there’s this attachment thing on the frame and I haven’t seen it on any photos of the bike and I’m not sure what it is

Now, if you connected Doc Brown's flux capacitor to the oscillation overthruster invented by Professor Hikita and Dr. Lizardo and attached them to that bracket, you would really have something! You would be able to travel through time and through multiple dimensions!
