What is this bike called, track, road, touring etc. and qiuck sale value in the spring.

I don't know anything about these newer bikes, I do know there are cheap ones and high dollar ones, so what one is this. It's Alum. with 27in wheels. Does anyone know the value to sell in the spring. Not for sale now, it's to deep in storage. Thanks for any info you Cabers can provide.

ChiCom department store bike. Probably not worth digging out of storage.

Very low end bike. Best place for it would be the curb or donating to a bicycle charity. Or put it up for $25 and hope for the best.
