What is this from from appears to fit a bicycle wheel on a Shelby Frame . Any idea of value ? Any help appreciated. Thank you .

looks like a 40s or 50s Harley Davidson Hummer fork. it was a small little bike with a motor. Used a rubber band and a spring to make fork work.

Does sort of look like a Harley Hummer girder fork, but this one looks almost home made.
Harley fork had openings in the sides, see attached picture.

I found a couple pictures of the New Lenox swap meet, held in northern Illinois

this past weekend. One of these forks was on a table. There also was an assortment of bike older tools. All the tools sold. I don't know the price on the fork, or if it sold.

martin in la ca made forks and frames for whizzer and other motor uses bikes were called martin road runners
They also made OHV heads for whizzer- I want one if you have it!

Something must have happened to it once or they thought it was going to, because I don't think that external strap,on the side was ever on them.....but it's a Martin roadrunner fork

These are Autocycle forks. Autocycles were pre mo-peds.

This crusty one sold for $175 in 2009. I don't remember if the bicycle was included. The red one sold for $200 in 2016. Both ebay.
