What is this Monark?

From what I gather, Huffy bought Monark at the end of 1957, about the same time as Schwinn's patent on the Cantilever frame expired, so Monark never built a cantilever frame. This could be a re-badged Huffy, but it doesn't look like the Huffy frames I'm familiar with. What is this?
