On Training Wheels
Hey guys,

Trying to identify and value this old tandem. The light is a German manufacturer, "Radsonne".
Brakes and hubs are stamped with "Sturney-Archer".
Headset is stamped with "Brampton"

I would think with the equipment this is a British built tandem. Are the cranks/chainrings marked? On the SA hubs should be some date codes--see a number(s)? Unless this is a custom built piece by one of the high end builders I doubt it has much collector value. V/r Shawn
 
Cranks look like "Williams", check out "Dating Williams Cranks" thread here on the cabe.
 
I think it may be a "Hercules" model, they used that distinctive,curvy front handlebar stem, Williams chainsets and very similar saddles.

The only real difference is where the pump braze-ons are on your example.
