I’m told this is a 1910-20 mead or Schwinn? Can anyone help me to identify? This is my first antique bike? I’m looking for appropriate badge and crank set. Thanks for any input.
 
Looks like there may be some nice blue paint under there waiting to shine again. Looks like a great project, sorry I can't be more help on ID.
 


The narrow and straight fender-bridge is the most
specific tell of all, so far. But it tells me nothing ..
as I apparently am not familiar with a maker that
uses that technology.
