What is Year and Model name is my JC Higgins?

I just got a JC Higgins bike on a trade because it look interesting to me and I always interested in them but never knew about them. Well the bike is in pretty good shape and missing some parts and has some broken parts but that is why I want to know what I have so I know what parts will work for me. The bottom of the frame that houses the crank saids the following:
MOSU
MOD-5024540R
171553

Please Advise?

Here is a picture of it disassembled. I am getting a spoke put in and I am cleaning it up a little. I forgot to take pictures before I disassembled it. I will post more pictures once I get it together.
