What kind and year is this tricycle?

So we bought this tricycle to clean up and sell at a benefit auction for Children’s hospital. We want to let them know the years it was made and the brand.
Can someone pleAse help? We can’t find any pictures in the internet like this one.

There's also a red one on ebay having a different paint detail work than the green one. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5335809022&icep_item=303591093645

The seat on the red model is the correct springer seat Midwest used on this era of trikes. Oh, and ignore the ebay asking price on the red one. These normally sell for much less.
