What kind of BMX fork is this?

Head is not threaded, no stamping that I can see on the forks
Any thoughts?

mid school , 90s era. heavy weight freestyle fork, heavy duty, heavily used. nothin fancy.. if it was branded, the steerer tube would be stamped.. could be hoffman, or a good brand just unstamped.. will out live us all & survive any apolcalypse
