What model and year is this Schwinn

I am trying to find out some information on the model and age of this bike. I am also trying to sell it as well. I picked it up years ago. The serial # is C29914. Thanks for your help and your information. What is it worth.

The bike doesn't look to be either Schwinn or Westfield/Columbia. The head set cups and fork are Shelby. The frame looks to be Shelby too. Better pics of some frame details would help. Shelby also used the round tanks on those motorbike frames with the shorter head tube.

It looks like a cool rider built bike that they didn't ride because of the seat.
$800 Range in my opinion.
I have sold bikes that I kept my grips, pedals and saddle....

what I thought: built the bike with a better saddle, popped this one on instead when time to sell.
I'd sell the horn and light separately, researching prices at the Sell-Trade Forum and eBay before posting a For Sale ad.
