30 wt is what the SKIDKING recommends...Makes the hub stop on a dime ....Not too much though ...brake discs put in a plastic sandwich bag,add some 30 wt ,shake about,dap excess on towel install...outer clutch housing ,drive screw all get light covering of 30 wt oil ...
 
If they stop too well, your "New Departure" may be a trip over the bars.

I've had hubs that I didn't feel like regreasing, so I squirted some 3 in 1 oil into the cap. And I just read on Wikipedia that it was originally designed for bicycles 120 years ago, so there.
 
In all seriousness Jones, I clean up the discs and soak them laying apart from one another in oil while I clean the rest of the parts....its not your blow up doll though, dont oil it until its a slip and slide...ya still got bearings that need grease! :D
