I'd say it's a '52 Murray. Those cantilever bars look added on to me.

They are technically added on, the manner in which they are done..... they were definitely added on by the factory.
52 seems about right with the date coded Morrow spelling out 45.
It wouldnt be a surprise since Murray was obly popular by being a knock off of every major label.... in fact they got in trouble several times by various manufacturers for copyright infringement. At one point Schwinn filed suit and successfully nailed Murray to the wall over copycat usage of knurled rims.

It doesn't matter the bike has been parted out and tossed aside for scrap.
