What Seat, chain ring, and chain guard do I need?

Working on correcting some mismatched parts (there are a lot of them). But to start, can anyone give me some guidance on the correct seat, chain ring, and chain guard for this 46-47 Packard badged Arnold Schwinn? Pictures would be great too! Thanks!

My '47 has a skiptooth Schwinn sweetheart chain ring. The seat is a sliding rail Mesinger.
