What the heck is this bike?

It has single-tube tires, a huge (65cm) lugged frame, and drum-brake hubs. To my eye the frameset looks like an old Raleigh, for what that's worth. It has the cupped fork and the bolt-mounted seat stays like a DL-1. Beyond that, I'm confused, both by its components and paint.

I'm offering a Buzz Bomb Bicycle perpetual calendar to the first person who can definitively identify this monster.

Are there any stampings on the drum brakes?

I didn't see any. I might find some when I clean the hubs up, though.

The front fork looks very much like a Raleigh built item. Roger
