It's there for important notification of pending issues.
I'm sorry to see that your frame broke, but a broken frame doesn't qualify.
My advise on this issue, is to start shopping in the Classicfieds, for another frame, and put that one back in the ground from whence it came.

It looks like it's bent at the seat tube now. I say bend it back, have it welded and let it live on for many more years.

That looks pretty rusty, even if you can fix it it may just break some where else. I would retire it and salvage what you can for another build.

Yeah I use Tapatalk, and must of clicked on the “urgent” icon somehow accidentally

This frame is toast and now going as a wall decoration at my work station
