What year is this bike?

I have a Schwinn Excisor with red tires and a built in headlight. I have pictures here. Please please please help me figure out what year it is. The serial number is Z20892 i will attach pictures. please help me. Thank you in advance. I just wanna know the year. any other information you may be able to offer is greatly appreciated.

Pull the cranks, they will have a date code on them like AS 37...... 37 would be 1937......

Check out the tire labels also, if they're Gillette brand I had those same tires on a similar era Admiral (Schwinn) motorbike.
