I just purchased this Schwinn LeTour frame on eBay. The serial number appears to be 4C01607. I can't seem to match this with any format/convention online.

Can anyone identify the year and country of manufacture?

Made in Japan by Panasonic. 74, 75, or 76 just by the decals. And I believe it is a 74 from the serial number? 4C would me March of 74.
