Early 50's, you should post the serial # on the bottom bracket. CWC made bike. Cool saddle, chain guard is not correct.

the serial # for this bike is F37368. I think the bike is a st. croix.

this cwc seat post clamp makes it 1948-to1953 and with the crash rails makes it 50's hope this helps ? Richard....happy new year to all
