Any idea what the rack should look like for this bike?

I second 1950

Looks like you’re missing the original fenders, rack, seat, light, pedals and chainguard. The fork looks bent, I bet the front fender hits the frame. It’s a tricky fork to try and straighten. Google Roadmaster Luxury Liner and you’ll see what the missing parts look like.
