I picked this Overland badged DP Harris/Snyder/Rollfast (pretty sure) up yesterday.
I need help deciphering the serial.
Anybody in the know, know?

Shame it is a repaint but, they were proud of the bike as it was tastefully done.

Scott, the front fender truss rod brace is a feature I don't think I've had or seen before. And
late 30s was my thought, too

And George, just not sold on the ladies version Zep, don't Zeps have locking forks?
