The way I'm reading this, it would appear that people seem to think this guy has bike parts for sale, and / or repairs bikes. People keep stopping in to try to buy parts or get their bike repaired, and he is "letting them know" that he is not selling any parts or repairing any bikes. Seems it would be much more effective to post a sign on his property.
