I think I’ve seen 46’s with sliding rail mesingers. But I’ll let the pros tell you for sure nice bike!

Thanks, I have a set of drop center rims I'm going to put on it. I think they would be more appropriate since I think S-2's didn't come out until 1948.

That seat looks correct to me, sliding clamp Mesinger like Zach suggested. That’s what my 46 BFG DX came with.
