Wheel identification help please!

I found these at a flea market and the price was too good to pass them by. Now I need some help to identify them in the hopes of eventually finding a use for them.

1899 Morrow coaster brake hub and rim ..

The coaster break hub is pretty cool and I thank you guys for the help with bike type and year!
But now does anyone know what the front fork assembly is off of, I'd really like to see what that bike looks like.

Also I've been getting a few messages about people who are interested in buying the Morrow rear hub, and I might be interested in selling it, but I have no clue what it would be worth, so if anyone can help with a fair value I'd appreciate it. And if anyone reading this is interested please Dm me and I'll let you know if I decideto sell it.
