Looking to determine the wheel size here. The rim diameter is about 22 3/4, looks like with tires it could be close to 25ish. Tires are too far gone to see a size. Any way to determine the size?
Some 26" (559mm) modern replacement rims should be compatible– but looks to need 28 spokes (versus usual 36!); looks like some re-spoking may be in order anyways.
Modern rims will fit 26" x decimal 1.5" or 1.6" modern tires.
23" rim + 1.5" + 1.5" (both sides of tire) = 26" wheels

Some members like to keep the vintage hub with the vintage bikes; a quicker way to make a rider would be a replacement wheel already built with modern coaster brake hub (since no spoke measurement or wheel building by the user is involved).
