New dimpled Lobdell rims with 0.100 stainless steel spokes, new Carlisle tires

What did they cost new (roughly)? What was the market back then (young, old, purpose)?
I'm thinking a kid would have to have well-to-do parents to afford one.
I'm assuming on flat level they would go, what, 20 mph? Horsepower maybe 2-3?
How many sold?

This bike was produced by Whizzer and is a factory frame.
Yes I know that's why I post my mind of this example! Not too many people have known about this fact!!! Only think in Schwinn Monark etc frames! Cool bike nice example!!!
