WHo knows a locksmith to make a "Chicago" key for a Silver King?

I have a couple of locking fork cylinders from Silver Kings that came with keys that inexplicably don't work.
I recall there was a member that had used a local locksmith with success in making keys for these, but I cannot remember who, JOEL maybe?
Please help, project is on pause.

I have had keys made for two of my silver kings and Schwinns at my local locksmith. Have you checked at the locksmith near you?

i can only make keys cut to schwinn "an" numbers.

Any locksmith can pick the lock if the cylinders are out and code the key to the existing lock. My guy has done antique vending machines and penny arcade games for me for years. He just did a cigarette machine for me too.
