Who makes this horn??

Got a tank for my 38 Snyder build (finally) Hawthorne but it came without straps or a horn. Looking for straps in the wanted section but need some help ID'ing this horn for me? What is it and What should I expect to pay for one in working condition?

It's a delta horn.

Thanks Ed, I tried one from my Columbia tank but the screw holed didn't line up.
